The Voltr SDK provides development tools, documentation, and technical infrastructure for building vault strategies on the Solana blockchain. **We are a technology infrastructure provider only.** We do not:

* Operate, manage, or control individual vault strategies
* Handle, custody, or manage user funds
* Provide fund management or investment advisory services
* Guarantee the performance or security of vault implementations
* Control or supervise vault managers' activities

## 2. Development Tool Disclaimers

### No Technical Warranties

**We provide the SDK services "AS IS" without any warranties or guarantees:**

* No warranty that the SDK will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
* No guarantee of compatibility with future blockchain updates
* No assurance that documentation is complete or accurate
* No warranty regarding third-party integrations or dependencies

### Software Risks

Components of the SDK may contain bugs, errors, security vulnerabilities, or design flaws. **Use at your own risk.**

## 3. Smart Contract Development Risks

### Blockchain Technology Risks

Smart contract development involves **inherent risks** including:

* **Immutable Code**: Once deployed, smart contracts cannot be easily modified
* **Irreversible Transactions**: Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed
* **Technical Complexity**: Blockchain systems are complex and error-prone

### Smart Contract Vulnerabilities
